- Raul Rodrigues – Managing DirectorRaul has over 30 years of experience within the civil infrastructure and commercial and has created a reputation for his eagerness to provide quality work. Raul is a formwork carpenter by trade and through his years in the field he has developed a keen eye for perfection. Raul hand-picks the right skilled trades people for each project, meticulously organising all aspects of the project and focusing on maintaining commercial value in terms of time and budget. Through his extensive experience and first-hand encounters with various problems in construction, Raul brings priceless wisdom, assuring a strong and favorable foundation for the structure of the company.
- RJ Rodrigues – Contracts ManagerRJ’s studies in Construction Management and Law ensure excellent skills in optimising efficiency within construction projects and business ordeals. RJ’s high level of organisation ensures projects are finished on time, within cost and to the appropriate standards. His positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn, is glorified by his young age, encouraging an out of the box and creative process of thinking. RJ’s legal background ensures that Rodri Civil is complaint to all Australian Standards and ensures that the company never compromises in their contract works.
Tiago Pereira – Project ManagerTiago is a highly experienced, motivated and passionate project manager with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. His honest and personable approach is admired and respected by all, both on and off site. Tiago brings over 7 years of engineering and construction experience to the team. He shows initiative in problem solving as well as an ability to set and achieve corporate goals. Understanding project constrains while analytically solving project and engineering problems through innovative thinking are his key strengths.
